Inside this one category the apps split into groups that behave nothing alike. Which of these you build changes the answer more than the category does.

Tracks never get pooled into one ranking — each gets its own median. Mixing them is how you get a number that is wrong for everybody in the list.

How to read this

Complaint rate is the share of an app's App Store ratings that are 1–2 stars, from Apple's published star distribution. The written reviews we sample are pulled most-negative-first, so those two denominators are never mixed into one number.

Complaint mix comes from classifying each 1–2 star written review into one primary category. Coverage on this set is 41.3% — 1,804 of 4,368 1–2 star reviews landed in a named bucket; the rest stay unclassified rather than being forced into one. Read the mix as where the anger concentrates, not as a census.

Want to know when this changes?

This page is recomputed from live App Store data. When a number here moves in a way that's real — not noise — I'll send you the line that moved and what it was before. That's the whole email: no digest, no drip, no “3 tips”. The page stays free and public either way; this just saves you checking back. Reply “stop” any time and I drop you the same day.

This page is the skeleton. The full Track Insight for AI companion & wellbeing adds the parts you actually build against:

Email t888st@outlook.com and say which category — we'll tell you straight whether what we track is close enough to what you're building.

There is no row for your app in either version, and there won't be until it's live. That's not a gap in the product — it's the difference between "what users shout about here" and "what they shout about you". Once you've shipped and collected roughly 30 reviews, the second one becomes possible.
